A limited-edition, certified-organic pressing from the first early harvest of select Koroneiki olives in the sun-drenched Messara Valley. Every step — picking, pressing, bottling — is carried out entirely by hand by the Kidonakis family. Cold-extracted below 27°C to lock in its complex fruity aroma, vibrant golden-green colour, and a polyphenol content high enough to carry the official EU Health Claim. Our signature black-glass bottle — a gift in itself.
